This weekend I’ll be attending my first BarCamp at MIT in Cambridge. I’ve heard great things about the previous years from folks I know who have gone. The web site for the event just got a snazzy redesign and new logo: http://www.barcampboston.org/

A schedule change posted in a recent email to attendees has the Saturday sessions going until 1opm (rather than ending at 5pm) and also announced the addition of Ignite-like sessions Saturday evening (presenters have 6 minutes, 40 seconds to present 20  slides that automatically advance at 20 second intervals). I missed the recent Ignite Boston event, so I’m really pleased there will be a similar event at BarCamp this year.
