Product Release: Yorktown Skins 1.1 Update & New Designs

The new Yorktown Skins have been updated to fix a few open issues with the 1.0 release. Specifically:
- Pages marked deleted did not indicate indicate this status above the page content.
- There were missing styles required by the Blog module.
- The height of the header area did not resize dynamically to fit an uploaded banner image.
- A typo in the Yorktown Skin Settings screen gave the incorrect dimensions for uploaded banner images.
If you're using one of the Yorktown skins on your site, you should update by reapplying the skin.
Also, three new design flavors have been added:
Yorktown Tundra
Yorktown Olive
Yorktown Burgundy
