Wiki Content Is Not Sacred, and That’s OK

My latest guest post on Future Changes discusses how people have come to consider web content sacred and how wikis challenge us to rethink this notion. Organizations implementing wikis need to promote a culture where content posted to the wiki is considered a work-in-progress, and make light of innocent errors and omissions.
