We asked our customers to respond to a brief questionnaire in October. Thank you to all the customers who took time out of their day to share their thoughts and opinions with us. Based on the thoroughness of many responses, its clear there are a lot of customers passionate about this product, and that is very rewarding! The winner of the Amazon gift card has been notified by email (thanks to random.org for helping us choose).
As promised, here are the results. Multiple choice questions are described with graphs, while text-entry responses are summarized for brevity and anonymity.
