The Human Services Council website for Jacksonville, Florida was recently featured in a The Florida Times-Union story titled City Issues: Seeing the Human Side. From the story:

But these are the insights you can gain through a new Web site from the Human Services Council of Jacksonville, which consists of major public agencies and private groups that fund services for people.
