In this second video, Kyle Flaherty, Director of Marketing, BreakingPoint Systems discusses how he's been able to effectively incorporate social media thinking and tools into the daily life of just about everyone person in his company.  While the first video from this session talked about ways to create "Brand Advocates" from customers who love your product or service so much that they willingly and vocally share your brand with their friends and colleagues across the web, Kyle takes a different approach.
