If you are seeing a "Site Unavailable" message when accessing your site, it means the site is "suspended". This can be for a number of reasons, but most of the time it's a billing problem like an expired credit card. EditMe makes several efforts to contact customers via email before suspending a site, but sometimes the email address we have is incorrect or a spam filter is getting in the way. You can log into the Account Manager web site and check to see if there's a billing problem.

If there is no billing problem, the account may be suspended for some other reason, or the suspension could be in error. Please contact EditMe with the name of your site to inquire about the reason for suspension.
